Webster is about to get a lot sweeter. Cobbler, cinnamon rolls, churros, cookies, brownies and ice cream are all headed to Gulf Freeway. So are banana puddings, shakes and items the chain calls Churro Stix.

The Peach Cobbler Factory, a national dessert chain with more than 116 locations, launches its newest store Saturday, Sept. 19, a restaurant representative told Community Impact Newspaper. The full menu is listed on the chain's website.

Juan and Tamira Edgerton founded the Peach Cobbler Factory in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2013. The couple partnered with franchise developer Greg George in 2021 to form PCF Franchise LLC, according to a Restaurant News report that year. The chain has since grown to more than 116 locations across 23 states and Washington, D.C., with more than 165 additional units in development as of early 2026, according to franchise tracker Americas Best Franchises.

Data firm Datassential recorded 358.3% unit growth for the chain in 2023, a figure cited by franchise industry sources. The Peach Cobbler Factory is now headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and operates through dine-in, takeout, catering and mobile units, according to Americas Best Franchises.

The Webster store is one of at least two Houston-area locations in the works. A separate Peach Cobbler Factory is also planned for Sugar Land, Community Impact reported on Aug. 18.

An exact street address for the Webster location has not been announced publicly. The chain's website lists store details as locations open, so residents can check there for hours and directions closer to Saturday's launch.
