Webster's annual Halloween Carnival returns to Texas Avenue Park on Saturday, Oct. 24, with free admission and a full evening of activities for families.
The carnival runs from 6 to 9 p.m., according to the city's event announcement. No tickets or registration are required.
Admission is free.
The lineup includes a haunted house, inflatables, game booths, a live DJ, face painting, balloon twisting, candy and prizes. The city described the event as its annual Halloween celebration, and a similar carnival took place at the same park in October 2025, making this at least the second consecutive year Webster has staged the event.
Texas Avenue Park serves as Webster's primary outdoor event venue. The park also hosted the city's Fourth of July celebration on July 4, which featured moonwalks, a rock wall, a petting zoo and a foam party.
Bryan Morgan, the city's recreation manager, oversees the Halloween Carnival along with other Webster recreation programs, including an after-school enrichment program and senior legal planning clinics. Residents with questions about the Oct. 24 event can reach Morgan at 281-316-4137.
